Gotland Fingering Weight Wool yarn from heritage breed sheep lovingly raised in our hilltop pastures here in Central Virginia. A yarn that has a soft lofty handle that softens even more as it is knitted, with a touch of lanolin remaining. Beautifully milled using 2 plies in Pennsylvania at Gurdy Run Fiber Mill. Purchasing this breed specific yarn will support two women owned small businesses. A special yarn for your hand knits such as socks, sweaters, hats, scarves, shawls, and gloves.
